What Does Not Qualify
- Fares on "Opaque" booking sites (where the airline is hidden until after purchase).
- Corporate, military, student, or wholesale discounted fares.
- Fares requiring a paid membership (e.g., Costco Travel, exclusive clubs).
- Fares that are part of a bundled vacation package (Flight + Hotel).
- Screenshots of prices that can no longer be verified live by our agents.
Comprehensive Terms & Conditions
Our Price Match Promise is designed to give you peace of mind. To protect against fraudulent claims and ensure accurate comparisons, the following terms govern the Price Match Promise program:
1. The Comparison Fare
The Price Match Promise applies only to exact itinerary matches. This includes identical airlines, flight numbers, travel dates, flight times, routing (including layovers), and cabin class. Furthermore, the fare rules must be identical. For example, we cannot price match a fully refundable "Main Cabin" ticket against a non-refundable "Basic Economy" ticket that does not include a carry-on bag, even if they are on the exact same flight.
2. Timing & Verification
All claims must be initiated within twenty-four (24) hours of your original booking timestamp with Air Booker Direct. The competing fare must be available for booking online at the exact time our customer service representatives attempt to verify it. Airfares fluctuate minute-by-minute; therefore, printed screenshots, cached pages, or emailed quotes will not be accepted as proof of a lower fare.
3. Currency and Fees
The lower rate must be quoted and bookable in US Dollars (USD). The comparison must be based on the total cost of the flight, which includes all base fares, mandatory airline taxes, and booking fees. Optional ancillary fees charged by the competitor (such as baggage fees, seat selection, or travel insurance) are excluded from the comparison unless they were explicitly included in your original Air Booker Direct purchase.
4. Exclusions & Limitations
The Price Match Promise is strictly limited to retail fares available to the general public. It does not apply to:
- Error fares or pricing anomalies published by competitors due to technical glitches.
- Fares accessed through corporate discounts, government rates, military discounts, or student portals.
- Fares available through closed-user groups or loyalty reward programs requiring login (e.g., frequent flyer redemptions).
- Opaque bookings where the airline carrier or exact flight times are hidden prior to purchase (e.g., Priceline "Name Your Own Price", Hotwire "Hot Rates").
Limit of one (1) Price Match Promise claim per customer, per itinerary.
5. Refunds & Processing
If your claim is verified and approved, Air Booker Direct will issue a refund for the price difference. Refunds will be processed to the original credit card or payment method used for the booking. Please allow 7–14 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

Does the Price Match Promise apply to international flights?
Yes, it applies to both domestic and international flights. However, the competing website where you found the lower fare must be an English-language website targeting US consumers, and the fare must be quoted and bookable in US Dollars (USD).
How do I submit my claim?
