Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using our services or booking travel through Air Booker Direct.
Independent Travel Marketplace Interface[cite: 1]
Effective Date: May 29, 2026
Welcome to Air Booker Direct. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to our website, services, and all travel bookings coordinated through our platform. By utilizing our site interfaces or interacting with our service desk (whether online or over the phone), you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Agency Role and Liability Boundaries
Air Booker Direct (wholly owned and operated by parent entity US Auto Solutions LLC) acts exclusively as an independent travel agency marketplace interface[cite: 1]. We facilitate the search comparison and reservation consolidation of travel services (flights, lodging, vehicular transit) managed by distinct third-party suppliers (e.g., individual operating airlines).
Disclaimer of Liability: Our company does not own, run, or govern these separate third-party suppliers. Therefore, Air Booker Direct assumes no liability or corporate responsibility for any omissions, physical defaults, carrier errors, regulatory misrepresentations, contractual breaches, or safe operation negligence associated with such suppliers. Your ultimate contract for physical route fulfillment is held directly with the operating carrier, and their native passenger rules govern your journey.
2. Booking Conditions and Pricing Dynamics
- Pricing Fluctuations: Industry market airfares are dynamic and shift continuously based on logistics algorithms. Any pricing estimates outlined by our search engines or quoted by an agent remain tentative until your booking parameters are finalized, payment is captured, and the operating carrier confirms ticket generation (producing a formal PNR record).
- Accuracy of Information: Passengers assume full responsibility for verifying that all names, dates of birth, and identity documentation perfectly match the official government passport or identification assets used for transit validation. Adjustments post-ticketing are frequently barred by carrier platforms or may require comprehensive repurchase processing.
- Taxes and Surcharges: Stated prices generally incorporate base fare parameters and mandatory security taxes. They do not incorporate optional ancillary supplier charges (such as baggage fees, specific seat map assignments, or special onboard services).
3. Payment and Ticketing Settlement
Full settlement validation is required at the moment of reservation formatting. By entering card parameters, you grant Air Booker Direct (and relevant travel distribution networks) authorized clearance to process the total stated amount. Your bank records may demonstrate separate line items for the airline ticket cost and our agency processing service allocation, but the combined total will not exceed the authorized price.
4. Cancellations, Route Modifications, and Refunds
All finalized reservations remain completely bound to the explicit contractual fare rules mapped out by the operating airline carrier.
- Non-Refundable Ticket Records: The significant portion of promotional consolidator rates and baseline economy tickets are designated strictly non-refundable and non-transferable by the carriers.
- Itinerary Changes: Where carrier contracts permit alterations, updates will be subject to airline change penalties alongside live market fare adjustments. Air Booker Direct applies standard agency processing service fees to handle these modifications.
- Agency Processing Commitments: Any ticketing layout fees, system booking fees, or professional service fees applied by Air Booker Direct at the moment of processing are non-refundable, regardless of whether the flight is subsequently canceled or altered by the carrier.
- Federal 24-Hour Parameters: In accordance with US Department of Transportation mandates, specific flights originating or arriving within the United States may be subject to cancellation protocols within 24 hours of booking without penalty, provided the reservation was settled at least 7 days prior to departure. Please confirm your specific route eligibility with our support desk.
5. Travel Documents and Entry Clearance
Passengers retain the sole, absolute responsibility for obtaining and maintaining valid international passports, transit visas, health certificates, entry declarations, and vaccination credentials required across all points on your itinerary, including layover terminals. Air Booker Direct accepts no liability for boarding rejections or border denials resulting from faulty documentation.
6. Flight Schedule Disruptions and Delays
Airline companies modify schedules, alter equipment configurations, or cancel flight operations entirely due to weather constraints, maintenance issues, or structural logistics variables. Air Booker Direct carries no responsibility for these unexpected changes or any subsequent downstream traveler expenses. Our desk will make reasonable communication attempts to notify you of key schedule shifts via your provided contact info.
7. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in complete alignment with the laws of the State of New York[cite: 1]. Any legal challenges or arbitration parameters emerging from these terms or our marketplace tools shall be managed through binding arbitration infrastructure within the State of New York, rather than traditional court litigation, save for qualified individual claims pursued inside local small claims court systems[cite: 1].
