Welcome to Air Booker Direct. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and all travel bookings made through us. By accessing our site or utilizing our services (whether online or over the phone), you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 1. Agency Role and Liability

Air Booker Direct (operated by US Auto Solutions LLC) acts exclusively as an independent travel agent. We facilitate the booking of travel services (flights, hotels, car rentals) provided by third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines).

Disclaimer of Liability: We do not own, operate, or control these third-party suppliers. Therefore, Air Booker Direct is not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such suppliers, nor for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. Your contract for the travel service is directly with the supplier, and their terms and conditions apply to your booking.

2. Booking and Pricing

• Pricing Fluctuations: Airfares are dynamic and can change minute-by-minute. A price quoted online or by an agent is not guaranteed until the booking is finalized, payment is successfully processed, and tickets are issued (generating a PNR/ticket number).
• Accuracy of Information: It is your sole responsibility to ensure all passenger details provided (names, dates of birth, passport information) match exactly the government-issued ID that will be used for travel. Name changes on issued tickets are often prohibited by airlines and may require purchasing a new ticket.
• Taxes and Fees: Quoted prices generally include base fares and mandatory government taxes. They may not include optional supplier fees, such as checked baggage, seat selection, or onboard services.

3. Payment and Ticketing

Full payment is required at the time of booking. By providing your payment information, you authorize Air Booker Direct (or the applicable travel supplier) to charge the total amount. In some cases, your credit card statement may show separate charges: one for the airline fare and one for our agency service fee. The total will not exceed the final authorized amount.

4. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

All bookings are subject to the specific fare rules established by the operating airline.

• Non-Refundable Tickets: The majority of discounted airline tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Changes: If permitted by the airline, changes to an itinerary usually incur an airline penalty fee plus any difference in fare. Air Booker Direct may also charge a standard agency service fee for processing these changes.
• Agency Fees: Any ticketing fees, booking fees, or service fees charged by Air Booker Direct at the time of purchase are non-refundable, even if the flight itself is canceled or refunded by the airline.
• 24-Hour Policy: In compliance with US Department of Transportation regulations, certain flights originating or departing from the US may be canceled within 24 hours of booking without a penalty, provided the booking was made at least 7 days prior to departure. Please verify with our agents if this applies to your specific ticket.

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have all necessary travel documents (valid passports, visas, transit visas, health certificates, and vaccination records) required for your itinerary, including layovers. Air Booker Direct assumes no responsibility for denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation.

6. Flight Schedule Changes and Delays

Airlines occasionally change flight schedules, equipment, or cancel flights entirely due to weather, operational issues, or other factors. Air Booker Direct is not responsible for these changes or any resulting expenses. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes using the contact information provided during booking.

7. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
