Post-Ticketing Service Fees

At Air Booker Direct, we believe in complete transparency. While booking online is straightforward, travel plans sometimes change. Our US-based ticketing experts are available 24/7 to help you navigate complex airline policies, process refunds, and make itinerary changes.

To cover the operational costs of our expert support staff, Air Booker Direct charges professional service fees for post-ticketing services. Please note that these agency fees are charged in addition to any penalty fees or fare differences mandated by the operating airline.

Standard Agency Service Fees

The following fees apply per passenger, per ticket for services rendered by our agents over the phone or via email.

Important Disclaimers Regarding Fees

• Airline Penalties: Our agency fees are strictly separate from the airline's own policies. If an airline charges a $200 change fee, you will pay the $200 airline fee + the fare difference + our agency service fee.
• Non-Refundable Agency Fees: All Air Booker Direct booking fees and post-ticketing service fees are non-refundable. If your flight is subsequently canceled by the airline, our service fees for initially booking or modifying the ticket will not be refunded.
• Basic Economy Restrictions: Please be aware that many discounted tickets (such as Basic Economy) are strictly non-changeable and non-refundable by the airline. If the airline does not permit a change, our agents cannot override this rule.
• Exceptions: In the event of an involuntary schedule change initiated by the airline, or a cancellation mandated by the airline, Air Booker Direct will assist you in processing a refund or rebooking without charging our standard agency exchange fee.
