To cover the baseline operational costs of our specialized support infrastructure, Air Booker Direct applies professional processing service fees for post-ticketing services. Please note that these agency processing fees are applied in addition to any penalty balances or fare differences mandated directly by the operating airline carrier.

Standard Agency Service Fees

The following fees apply per passenger, per ticket for services rendered by our agents over the phone or via email support channels.

Important Disclaimers Regarding Fees

• Airline Penalties: Our agency processing service fees remain strictly separate from the airline's own corporate fare parameters. If a carrier applies a $200 change penalty, you will remain responsible for the $200 airline fee + the live routing fare difference + our agency service allocation fee.
• Non-Refundable Agency Fees: All Air Booker Direct initial booking fees and subsequent post-ticketing coordination service fees are non-refundable. If your flight is subsequently adjusted or canceled by the operating carrier, our independent service fees will not be subject to refund loops.
• Basic Economy Restrictions: Please be aware that many highly discounted flight categories (such as Basic Economy) are designated strictly non-changeable and non-refundable by the flight operators. If the airline structure bars a change, our agency tools cannot bypass this constraint.
• Involuntary Schedule Deviations: In the event of an involuntary schedule adjustment or hardware cancellation initiated strictly by the operating airline carrier, Air Booker Direct will assist you in processing adjustments or refunds without applying our agency processing fee.
